Prices

All our prices are listed in pounds sterling and they are subject to alteration, without prior notice. All our prices include post & packaging. All items priced over £10.00, except for larger, bulkier items, are post free to UK mainland. All orders over £30.00 qualify for 10% discount.

VAT

All our prices include VAT at 17.5% where applicable.

All male briefs and jammers 24” to 28” and female costumes 26” to 32” are classed as children’s clothing, so do not carry VAT.

All swimwear classed as performance products, as well as accessories, include VAT.

International orders are not subject to VAT.

Exchange rates

Prices listed in US Dollars and Euro’s are subject to change according to exchange rates and may alter on a daily basis.

Delivery

We will process all orders as soon as possible. Where items are in stock please allow 5 to 7 days for delivery. If we have to order from our suppliers please allow 10 to 12 days for delivery. We will advise customers of any delay in delivery.

Returns

We will replace or refund any goods, faulty or otherwise. Please return the goods in their original packaging, unworn and undamaged, with the original invoice within 14 days.

Payment

Please do not send cash through the post. We accept all major credit/debit cards. Please make cheques payable to Elite Swimwear.

International / Export orders

For all orders from outside the UK, please e-mail your order details and ask for a carriage quote.

Garment Care

The materials used to manufacture swimwear are delicate. To prolong their use garments should be hand washed in cold water immediately after use as chlorine continues to affect materials when left in sports bags or towels. Then follow manufacturers’ washing instructions.
