Shipping costs
All orders over £10.00 are post & packaging free, except for larger bulkier items such as bags. In these cases the postal charge has been added to the price of the item. See product description for postal charges.
Delivery
We will process all orders as soon as possible. Where items are in stock please allow 5 to 7 days for delivery. If we have to order from our suppliers please allow 10 to 12 days for delivery. We will advise customers of any delay in delivery.
Returns
We will replace or refund any goods, faulty or otherwise. Please return the goods in their original packaging, unworn and undamaged, with the original invoice within 14 days.
